How Our Custom Itinerary Service Works

Custom Hokkaido itinerary planning, step by step — from a free first proposal to a fully prepared trip, with transparent fees at every stage and nothing ever charged twice.

  1. 01

    Share Your Travel Requirements

Travel dates, group size, flight details, accommodation preferences, must-see destinations and any special requests.

  2. 02

    Receive a Complimentary Initial Proposal

A suggested route, key attractions, suitable vehicle and a preliminary budget range — a planning direction, not a final itinerary or formal quotation.

  3. 03

Approve the Direction & Planning Deposit

Once you approve the route and budget direction, we confirm a planning deposit based on trip length and complexity — the exact amount is always agreed before detailed planning begins.

  4. 04

    Detailed Itinerary & Formal Quotation

A day-by-day schedule, driving and visiting times, hotel and experience recommendations, vehicle arrangements, itemized costs and booking terms.

  5. 05

    Confirm the Booking

Approve the final proposal, then pay a booking deposit of 30% of the total service amount — your planning deposit is fully credited toward it, never charged twice.

  6. 06

    Final Preparation

The remaining balance is generally due seven days before service begins. We share your driver, vehicle, pickup details and emergency contact before departure.

Good to know

The initial itinerary and estimated budget range are complimentary. Once you approve the proposed direction, the itinerary planning deposit will be confirmed based on the trip length and complexity before detailed planning begins. If you book our private charter or complete travel services, the planning deposit will be fully credited toward your booking. The planning fee is non-refundable once detailed planning has begun. All prices and arrangements are subject to the formal quotation and actual availability.
