Peak dates, our busiest days, are December 20 through January 3 and the period from seven days before to seven days after Chinese New Year's Eve (2027: January 29 – February 12). All other dates are regular season. The season is determined by the date of service. Peak dates: ¥5,000 per trip on top of the peak-season fare.
- What the prices cover
- Published rates apply to standard routes and service conditions. Special itineraries, remote destinations, unusual luggage requirements and services outside the stated hours are quoted separately. All prices are quoted and settled in Japanese Yen (JPY). Prices may vary depending on season, vehicle availability, travel dates, passenger count and destination. All quotes are confirmed in writing before booking.
- Passengers and vehicles
- Maximum six passengers. Four to five passengers are recommended when traveling with multiple large suitcases, a stroller or ski equipment. Actual comfortable capacity depends on luggage quantity and size. Share your passenger count and luggage, stroller or ski equipment so we can recommend the right vehicle.
- Payment
After we confirm availability and price, our team will email you a payment link. Airport transfers, day tours and 1-day private charters require full payment (100%) to secure the booking.
Private charters of 2 or more days and self-drive car rental require a 30% deposit; the balance is due 7 days before service.
The initial itinerary and estimated budget range are complimentary. Once you approve the proposed direction, the itinerary planning deposit will be confirmed based on the trip length and complexity before detailed planning begins. If you book our private charter or complete travel services, the planning deposit will be fully credited toward your booking. The planning fee is non-refundable once detailed planning has begun. All prices and arrangements are subject to the formal quotation and actual availability.
