A Gentler Way to Get In and Out
The second-row seat turns and lowers outside the vehicle, close to the height of a chair. Guests sit down first, then the seat gently lifts them inside — no high step, no twisting.

Special itineraries, remote destinations, unusual luggage requirements and services outside the stated hours are quoted separately. Sapporo city transfers are a single flat rate all year round.

Is this vehicle suitable for elderly passengers?
Yes. The side-lift seat removes the high step into the car, which many older travellers find the hardest part. Please tell us about each passenger's mobility so we can confirm.
Can a passenger stay in their wheelchair?
No. The passenger moves from the wheelchair to the seat; the folding wheelchair is carried in the luggage area. Please contact us in advance about electric wheelchairs.
How many passengers and suitcases fit?
Up to 6 passengers. With a folding wheelchair in the rear, about 4 large suitcases also fit.
How much does it cost?
The same as our standard Alphard for the same route or charter day, plus ¥5,000.
Can we use it from New Chitose Airport or for sightseeing?
Yes. Airport transfers, private day tours and multi-day Hokkaido trips can all be arranged.
Do you offer Chinese-language support?
Yes. Chinese, English and Japanese support is available; please mention your language when booking.
