New Chitose Airport Transfer
Land at CTS, walk out and find your name on a board. No queue at the taxi rank, no train with two changes and a suitcase, no guessing which bus stop serves your hotel. Your driver tracks the flight, meets you in the arrivals hall and takes you straight to the door.
“Steven made our entire trip feel effortless and completely stress-free.” — Sharon C
What you get
Meet-and-greet at arrivals
Your driver waits inside the terminal with a name board, helps with luggage and walks you to the vehicle — useful with children, ski bags or a late-night arrival.
Flight tracking and waiting time
Delays are normal in a Hokkaido winter. We watch your flight number and hold the vehicle; you are not charged for a delay outside your control.
Luggage that actually fits
Tell us suitcase and ski-bag counts when booking. We match the vehicle to the load so nobody rides with a case on their knees.
Any hotel, any hour

Good to know
- New Chitose to central Sapporo is roughly 50 to 70 minutes without snow; allow up to two hours in a storm.
- International arrivals sit in a separate terminal wing; your driver confirms the exact meeting point the day before.
- Child seats are free but must be requested at booking — Japanese law requires them for children under six.
- For departures we suggest leaving three hours before an international flight in January and February.
Frequently asked questions
- Where exactly does the driver meet me?
- Inside the arrivals hall, past baggage claim, holding a board with your name. We send a photo of the meeting point and the driver's contact the day before.
- Is it cheaper than a taxi?
- For two people with light bags a train plus taxi can cost less. For three or more, or anyone with skis and large cases, a private transfer is usually similar or cheaper than a metered taxi and far less work.
- Can we stop on the way to the hotel?
- Yes — a supermarket run, an outlet mall or lunch in Chitose can be added. Tell us in advance so the extra time is in the quote.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Two to four weeks is comfortable. For 28 December to 5 January and Chinese New Year, book as early as you can — vehicles and drivers sell out first on those dates.
