How Airport Pickup Works
Send your flight number, arrival time, destination, group size and luggage details through the quote form. We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup when its arrival changes. Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall, helps with luggage, and takes you directly to your hotel, resort or ryokan. Sharing ski bags, snowboards, a stroller or other oversized items in advance lets us match the vehicle to the people and equipment traveling together.

Sapporo and Otaru work well for city stays; Niseko, Rusutsu and Furano serve ski and resort journeys; Lake Toya connects an airport arrival with an onsen stay. Alphard or Hiace: Match the Vehicle to Your Group
Maximum six passengers. Four to five passengers are recommended when traveling with multiple large suitcases, a stroller or ski equipment. Actual comfortable capacity depends on luggage quantity and size. The Alphard has reclining captain seats for couples and smaller families. The HiAce Grand Cabin carries up to nine guests and has more room for oversized luggage, ski bags and boards. Capacity is not only about passenger count: the number and shape of cases, strollers and winter equipment also matter. Enter every large item in the form so the recommendation reflects the actual load. The photographed vehicle is illustrative; the booked category or an equivalent or higher category is provided according to availability.
One Transfer or a Full Day?
Choose an airport transfer when you need one direct journey between New Chitose Airport and your accommodation. Choose a private charter when the same day includes several stops, sightseeing, or a route designed around your schedule. What happens if my flight time changes?
We monitor the flight and adjust the pickup when its arrival changes. Enter the correct flight number in the form so it can be followed.

Can we bring ski gear or oversized luggage?
Yes. List ski bags, boards, strollers and large cases in the form. The Hiace has more luggage space; the final recommendation depends on the complete load.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Select the child-seat option in the form so it is included in the vehicle arrangement.
How do I receive a quote for another route?
