Peak season covers July 1 through August 31 and December 15 through the end of February. Peak dates, our busiest days, are December 20 through January 3 and the period from seven days before to seven days after Chinese New Year's Eve (2027: January 29 – February 12). All other dates are regular season. The season is determined by the date of service.
After we confirm availability and price, our team will email you a payment link. Airport transfers, day tours and 1-day private charters require full payment (100%) to secure the booking. Private charters of 2 or more days and self-drive car rental require a 30% deposit; the balance is due 7 days before service.

How a Charter Day Works
Start with your dates, departure point and the places you want to visit, whether that is one route or several stops. Add every traveler and large item, including ski equipment, strollers and oversized luggage, so we can recommend an Alphard or Hiace. Your quote reflects the route, vehicle and season. On the service day, the driver follows the agreed plan within one continuous 10-hour period. If your interests change, stops can be discussed within the confirmed time, distance and route conditions rather than forcing your day into a fixed group-tour schedule.
Who a Private Charter Suits
A charter is useful for families carrying child seats or strollers, ski groups with boards and bags, and travelers whose day has several stops. Couples can also keep the day private while choosing stops around their own interests. The Alphard seats up to six, with four to five recommended when large luggage is carried; the Hiace seats up to nine and provides more room for groups and equipment. It also suits guests visiting areas where luggage and a fixed public-transport timetable would make several stops difficult. Share the complete load rather than choosing by passenger count alone, because cases and winter gear affect the available space.
What the 10-Hour Service Includes
The published charter covers one continuous 10-hour period, up to 300 km per day, in any continuous window between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Fuel, highway tolls, parking, driver meals and required driver accommodation are included. Overtime is ¥4,000 per 30 minutes and additional distance is ¥4,000 per 30 km (¥5,000 for both from December 15 through the end of February), and any use after 8:00 PM is overtime. Special itineraries, remote destinations and non-standard services need a custom quote. The pricing cards above remain the source for vehicle and season rates.
Route Examples, Not Fixed Packages
Possible starting points include Sapporo city and combinations such as Sapporo–Otaru, Sapporo–Niseko, Furano–Biei, and Lake Toya–Noboribetsu. Hakodate and eastern Hokkaido can also be requested, as can a multi-region custom plan. These names are examples already available in the quote form, not fixed itineraries or timing promises. The final route depends on your stops, season, road conditions, service window and distance. Why does the price vary?
The quote reflects the selected vehicle, season and route. Special itineraries, remote destinations and non-standard services are quoted individually.
What if the day runs over 10 hours?
Overtime is ¥4,000 per 30 minutes (¥5,000 from December 15 through the end of February). Any use after 8:00 PM is overtime, and additional distance beyond 300 km is ¥4,000 per 30 km (¥5,000 from December 15 through the end of February).
Which vehicle should we choose?
The Alphard suits smaller groups; the Hiace gives larger groups and bulky equipment more space. Send the full traveler and luggage details and we can recommend one.
